Eligibility

- The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, return, or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team at support@smartplayz.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Include the RA number and a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip in the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our support team.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, return, or exchange.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 48 hours.
Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate the desired exchange when contacting our Customer Service team. We will assist you with the exchange process and provide further instructions.
Defects/Faults
If you receive a faulty item, please notify us immediately. All faulty items will be replaced free of charge.
